VW Service Quality World Championship 2009|2010

From the 6th to the 8th of May the representatives of 60 nations met in Wolfsburg to compete for the finals of the VW Service Quality World Championship 2009/2010. After a challenging selection procedure every nation sent their best service engineers and service consultants to select the very best.
With this competition Volkswagen pursues an increase of the motivation of international importers and their employees regarding qualification and to determine a status quo within the different countries.

On Saturday, after having passed demanding theoretical and practical tasks in the finals at the “Service Akademie Wolfsburg”, the time had come to recompense the participants for their efforts.

As already in the last 3 years the experience GmbH provided an action-loaded event to ease the tension of the competition and to have some fun together. Therefore we built a varying off-road circuit with 6 different stages in a gravel working mine so that every participant had the chance to test and experience the New Touareg apart of ordinary roads. Not only the driving ability of each driver was tested by our multilingual instructors but also the performance and sovereignty of the New Touareg was made “learnable” for everyone.
For the lucky winners of the “Race Touareg lottery” one of the highlights was an exciting ride as co-driver of the Race Touareg.

To sum up one could say that it was an exciting day full of great experiences for us as a team as well as for all guests and participants.
