The main purpose of the DVR (German Road Safety Council) is the promotion and encouragement of measures to increase the safety of all traffic participants.

Key aspects of the DVR are among others issues of traffic technology, road safety education and information. This association coordinates the variety of its associates, generates programs and adjusts these continuously to current demands and scientific results. One of the center activities is the pooling of the various efforts to reassure concertedly and efficient actions.

We are supporting the DVR because of the reasonableness of its actions. In particular we appreciate the way of addressing to traffic participants by considering them all as equal partners and reinforcing them in their personal responsibility.

The association consists of over 220 registered associates of German federal and national ministries of transportation, public insurances, the German Road Safety Organization, automobile associations, automobile manufacturers, operators of public transport, marketing boards, unions, churches and other institutions and organizations as well as associates from abroad.

One important new perspective of actions results from the current discussion regarding the increase of mobility and traffic. Foregrounded is a reasonable use of vehicles and way of driving under economic and ecological aspects. Experience GmbH is supporting these ideas by offering detailed concepts for Eco driving and safety trainings.
